Watermelon Rocks

Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 oz gold tequila
- juice of half lemon
- 1 tsp agave nectar
- ginger ale
- 6 watermelon cubes
Garnish: mint sprig

Puree seedless watermelon and pour into ice cube trays. Freeze. Mix tequila lemon juice and agave nectar in a cocktail shaker with ice. Place 6 watermelon ice cubes in highball glass. Pour the mixture over the ice cubes. Top with ginger ale. Garnish with mint sprig. (Cocktail by Yuri Kato, Photo by National Watermelon Promotion Board)


Tequila Smash

Ingredients:

- 2 oz Partida Blanco Tequila
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
- 4 bluberies
- 4 Kirsch brandied cherries (Les Parisiennes) available at SOS Chefs
Garnish: Lime wheel, cherry, blueberry

Muddle the cherries and blueberries in the bottom of a shaker. Add the Partida tequila, maraschino and lime juice to the cup with ice and shake it. Pour the contents of the shaker into a rocks glass, ice and all, and serve with a lime wheel speared between a cherry and a blueberry. Sky Cooler

Ingredients:

- 2 oz Corzo tequila
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- Dash Chambord
- Soda
Garnish: pineapple wedge

Build tequila, pineapple juice and Chambord over ice in a highball glass. Stir and garnish with pineapple slice. (Created by mixologist Ben Pundole, the Sky Bar, Miami FL)


Rude Cosmopolitan

Ingredients:

- 1 1/4 oz Jose Cuervo Clasico
- 1/4 oz Grand Marnier
(or other orange flavored liqueur)
- Juice from a whole lime
- 1 oz Cranberry juice
Garnish: orange peel

Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with an orange peel.


Red Headed Mexican

Ingredients:

- 1 1/4 oz Jose Cuervo Clasico
- 4 oz Lemon lime soda
(Sprite or 7up)
- Splash of cranberry juice

Combine tequila and lemon-lime soda in a rocks glass with ice. Add splash of cranberry juice. Garnish with lemon or orange peel.


Raspberry Resort

Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 oz Frida Kahlo tequila (silver)
- 1 oz rock candy syrup
- 1/2 fresh pressed lime
- 2 or 3 fresh blackberries and raspberries
- ginger ale
Garnish: fresh berries, lime wedge

Build in mixing glass. Shake the ingredients and strain into an ice short glass. Garnish with fresh berries and lime wedge. (Cocktail created by: Diablo's Cantina at Monte Carlo Resort & Casino/Light Group)


Pink Margarita

Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 oz reposado tequila
- 3/4 oz Monin wildberry syrup
- 3 oz sweet & sour
Garnish: pink salted rim, lime wheel and lime twist in the shape of the breast cancr ribbon

Mix tequila, syrup and sweet & sour in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a salt rimmed margarita glass (or short glass) over ice. Garnish with lime wheel and a twist.
